Some friends of mine asked for 5 dozen Mickey Mouse cupcakes for the joint birthday party for their amazing 2 year-olds. This is how they turned out...
I was very pleased with the results. Super yummy!
The Mickey Mouses were made with royal icing. I piped them directly on to wax paper, let them dry and then carefully put them on the cupcakes.
